I'm taking a break before beginning on my assignment, the one I have actually planned to begin on a few days ago. But oh well, my old pal Procrastination decided to pay me a surprise visit, which isn't really that much of a surprise. Plus, I work so much better and faster at night so... yea.

I've just been thinking about things and yeap, I have to say that I'm pretty much one of the more privileged ones. I've never had to worry about anything (because my parents taught me that everything can be solved) and I'm surrounded by people who are good for me. Life is good. And life is fait.

Which is why my life has to be balanced with a handicap. And this is my ongoing struggle to be able to break out of my own comfort zone, to do things on my own. But I'm always blessed with some form of help along the way and I'm always grateful for it. Yeap, I admit it- I am not as independent as my peers are. It is not to say that I am not; I will and I can be when I am left to stand on my own. It's just that even on the most normal and mundane of days, I still have people helping me so many a times, I never really had to do too much. Just enough for me to watch and learn, but never really do and learn. And yes, I recognize this as my handicap.

But I'm working on it and yes, I'm doing it my way. :) Sweet ol' one step at a time and if it doesn't bring a smile to others' and my face, then I ain't doing it.

:Dv

Because being able to make others' days is still what I love doing the most, and something I've realized the further I go along my education. :)

And I want to be myself and betray no one, especially myself. Yes, I will and i can survive in the world even with a "weakling's mindset" like that. CHEERS! :Dv
