so, gugumama and jiejieshuhui were over last week and gugumama asked, "what do you want for your birthday?"
you know how people say that what springs up in your mind first is the truest answer you have to any question? honestly, nothing came up. my head was blank and try as i might, nothing came up.
at that moment, i could see a few stacks of hay rolling across the distance between them and myself. i think i even saw a pair of love crows flying. lol. the awkward silence~ and i was adjusting my shorts that i just wore, lol! i tried thinking about anything, anything at all, that i think i might want, but i really couldn't think of any at all.
well, actually there was one thing, but it was too corny for me to say to them like this. lol. how do you expect me to tell them, with me still fumbling with the button of my shorts, that the only thing i want is for them to always stay safe, healthy and happy? it is corny and i don't think i can ever say that without cringing a little on the inside. but it comes from the bottom of my heart- i really want everybody i love and care about to always SHH. safe, healthy and happy. even if not for me, do it for yourself, and the people you love. :)
so i said, "nothing. really nothing i can think of!" but gugumama just assumed that i was too shy to tell them and told me to just go ahead and say it, because we're family. she said that jiejieshuhui will buy me any car i want, hehh. XD it's okay, really, because i don't drive that often anyway. lol. then mummy butted in and said that i want a boyfriend.
NO, MUMMY, I DONT! and make up your mind, please. do you want me to concentrate on studying or do you want me to split my time between family, friends, boyfriend and school work? -_-
to that, i hurriedly said, "i want dongbang!" which is true, in a way, because i want nothing more than to see the five boys back together again, standing on the same stage and singing in one voice again. this is my second greatest wish. :)
so after that, i thought hard and long about what i want. i mean, of course there are things that i want, but i don't really need them. i wont die without them but since it's my birthday and im turning the big 21, surely i am entitled to this right, am i not? XD
i really am making a big fuss out of my 21st birthday, because it is a once-in-a-lifetime event. i didn't do anything for my 16th, and nothing either for my 18th. i also did away with my 19th and 20th birthday. not that im saying doing all these means im deserving of an awesome 21st, but cant a girl dream? :( i mean, it's been a long time since i've so openly allowed myself to be pampered and spoilt again, so heh, just let me indulge. just this once~ :D
and also because, nothing could mean more to me than having all the people i love (and i think love me back too) together in the same room, singing the birthday song for me. although i will feel awkward. :)
not really in any order and not necessarily a want, my WISHLIST 2011!
1. everybody to stay safe, healthy and happy- always!
2. my dongbang boys to get back together, stand on the same stage and sing their beautiful songs for us all again. i cannot promise that i wont cry, in fact, i can already see myself crying for days straight because im too happy, but i can promise you that with all of my heart, mind and soul, i will love and support and protect them five times as hard as before. :)
3. a good and sturdy camera that takes pictures and videos in HD! everybody knows how much i love to take videos~ it will help for my youtube too! :D
4. my own guitar! how it looks like wont matter much, as long as it sounds good. i like that deep ringing sound of the guitar. :D i really want my own guitar so that i can hug it and kiss it, and so i can hurry return to sihui the guitar that she has so graciously lent to me!
5. actually, i really cannot think of any already. T_T
6. ohoh! a fuji instax! better known as a polaroid, lol. i have always wanted the chocolate one! but shijia already has it, and because i don't like to clash with others… heh. i still want a nice polaroid camera, though! imagine all the pictures im gonna take!
7. a good day and an awesome amount of energy and enthusiasm to FINALLY do some clearing up of my room! the poor resting place has become such a mess. no, i wouldn't say it looked like a tornado tore through it because it's cliche. it just looks horribly messy, that's all. re-painting, decorating, re-arranging- everything! i wish for a good day(s) and an enormous surge of motivation to finally get down to it! :D and oh, the wardrobe too!
8. a nice bag that i can use instead of my bagpack, so i can look a little
9. BOOKS! i mean, BOOK VOUCHERS! got them for my birthday last year from calis, shijia, clover, audrey and fenyi and i thought that it was one of the most awesomest present i've ever received! i mean, book vouchers! i could buy any book that i wanted! *jumps around in joy*
10. DONGBANGSHINKI EPIC 5 PERSON COMEBACK.
11. for jay to have a concert! :D it doesn't have to be in singapore, hehe. as long as he gets to hold a solo concert with his AOMILLIONAIRE crew! :D of course it'd be awesome if he holds one in singapore too, heee.

13. meimei to do well in school! be more sociable and make more awesome friends who will influence her positively and everything else good. :D whoever touches my baby sissy will get it from me, i promise.
14. i think i need a job. not only to earn the extra pocket money, but also to fill up the empty spaces in my schedule so that i'd be less lazy and also to put myself out there again. :D
15. everything for Every Thursday to go well! it has yet to start but yeah, i wish for everything to go well! :D
16. this is from the bottom of my heart too: for more free time to read and catch up on all the dramas i've yet to catch up with!
