Although, rather than say that there is beauty in everything (which I still agree with), I believe more in that there is at least one thing in all that's around us- everything and everyone, anything and anyone and something and someone- that is worth appreciating. It could be that I strongly subscribe to amor fati, that everything happens for a reason, that I also believe in this. I haven't been through a lot- and there sure still is a lot for me to learn- but I would think of myself as someone who has experienced enough to understand that everything really does happen for a reason. In fact, I believe that anyone would have experience at least one thing that made you see the purpose behind certain happenings- is really is everything, though (you breathe because you need air to live… right?).

Then again, there is always the flip side to everything. Dare I say that even people with impure and bad intentions have something in them that is worth appreciating? To a certain extent, yes. Because why not? They must have had a reason for doing what they are doing, right? Sure, they may have acted on the wrong impulse and with the wrong motivation but whatever reason it is, it has to be legit enough for them to have want to act this way. And again, why they chose to address the matter that way… there has to be a reason for it too, hasn't it?

I am not trying to find excuses for people who have done bad things (honestly, I don't really like using bad)… I don't agree with what they have done and I get angry at them for doing it, but then I can't help but try to understand and sympathize with them. They may have been driven by desperation, by hopelessness, by anger- or it could simply be because they were born that way. Reasons, reasons, reasons. There has to be a beginning to a body, right?

And, err, I have actually far more than digressed from the main point. Lol. It's just that… we are only one person, so small against the rest of the world. Millions and millions of reasons why we are the way we are exists out there- and millions more are constantly coming to life. If we could only try to understand from each others' perspectives, no matter how impossible it may be, if only we could learn to appreciate everybody for who, what and how they are.

Perhaps, then, we can truly be fit enough to say that everything has beauty.
