stop hating on pain.
it is what reminds us that we are still alive.
it's just something that i've been thinking about since a loooong time ago. im not emo or anything right now, okay. like i said, it's just something that has once crossed my mind and then hid in some forgotten corner.
of course pain isnt the best thing to feel.. i never, ever want to feel pain or be in pain, again. emotionally or physically, i dont want to.
but dont you think that there are times in life when we need a jolt of something strong, albeit unpleasant, just to remind us that we are still here? we are still alive. especially for people who has always been in pain, some way of another, they get too consumed by their pain. they allow it to take over them and let it trick them into believing that because of the overwhelming pain, they have become numb. they begin to think that they cant feel anymore, that they are cold.. when in fact it is simply because they are in too much pain to even notice that they are still feeling pain.
then you need a pang of stronger pain, which could be a hit of realization of what kind of person you have turned into. the guilt, the remorse, the disappointment; they are what makes pain all the more unbearable. that's when you will realize that you are not numb at all, not unfeeling at all, not cold at all. the pain eats at you, yes, but it allows you to build a brand new you as well. you realize that you are still alive, still kicking strong, still with a chance to start all over again. and chances, from ourselves to ourselves, are what we will always need, arent they?
so quit hating on pain. everybody experiences it at least once or twice in their lifetimes, each time emerging from the battle like a beautiful butterfly from a cocoon.
this is what the doctor told me:
1. take medication religiously
2. re-set my sleeping time (very importanttttt because it is my sleeping habit that has screwed my body lol)
3. EAT MORE VEGETABLE. (i hate vegetable, but i love broccoli.~)
4. exercise more
apparently as soon as i re-set my sleeping routine, my body will auto re-tune and i will recover a lot faster. HAHA. of course i will. my body is super-human!
and oh! i think the doctor forgot something really important.. dont care. i just secretly think that when my dongbang boys have settled everything, my health will automatically climb back up to 100% again. :D im gonna be the most healthy person you have ever seen. :D i believe in it!!!
ps/ I AM A GOOD GIRL AND I WILL TAKE MY MEDICATION ON TIME. :D you bet im gonna recover soon~
